Returns / Cancelation Policy

To cancel your order, Please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. It's important to note that since many orders are shipped promptly, cancellations after this initial 24-hour window may necessitate the item to be returned at the customer's expense.

Additionally, a 20% cancellation/restocking fee may apply. For items with a lead time and those specifically made to order, such as custom grilles, roof racks, bumpers, bed racks, sliders, and similar products, cancellation is permitted within three days of purchase, including weekends and holidays. Once this window has passed, production begins, and cancellation is no longer possible.

Exceptions may be considered for cancellations beyond the initial three-day period, but they will incur a 20% cancellation fee. This policy applies to all custom-made items listed, including grilles, roof racks, bumpers, overland bed racks, sliders, and similar products.

Please note that once production commences on your custom or made-to-order item, the order becomes non-refundable.
